Product descriptions, catalog numbers, purity specifications, and prices are provided for reference and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, limit quantities, and discontinue any product. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and applicable taxes.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order request through the Site is an offer to purchase, not a completed sale. No order is binding until MPGA Wholesale confirms availability, final total, and payment terms with you directly. 6. Shipping

This Site does not require an account and does not run server-side databases. We collect only the information you choose to submit through our order-request, inquiry, and COA-request forms, which may include:

- Organization or laboratory name (optional)
- Order details, batch numbers, and message content you provide
Because these forms open your own email client, the information is transmitted to us as an email you send. Your shopping cart is held only in your browser's memory for the current session and is not stored or transmitted until you submit a request.
2. How We Use Information

2. In-Vitro Laboratory Use Only
You acknowledge and agree that all products are research reference materials intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, application, diagnostic, or therapeutic use of any kind.
3. No Regulatory Approval
Products have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body for human or veterinary use. No statement on this Site has been evaluated by the FDA.

Shipping & Returns
1. Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed and typically ship within 3–5 business days from our Huntington Beach, California facility. You will receive shipping details once your order is dispatched.
2. Standard Shipping
We fulfill within the United States. Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier and destination. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the shipment.
3. Storage on Arrival
Products ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, which is stable for shipping. On receipt, store per the guidance in our Protocols section (generally -4°F for long-term storage).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact rocky@nextstepoc.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We will work with you to replace the affected items or resolve the issue.
5. Returns
Because these are sensitive research materials, opened or reconstituted products cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons. Unopened items may be eligible for return or exchange on a case-by-case basis; contact us before returning anything.
